Machinery Installation Lift and Shift
Having our own in house lift and shift department enables us to reduce the on-costs to your business. On large installations, this ensures NO delays waiting for costly equipment to arrive on site from a third party.
Our equipment includes-
• Tilt tray trucks, 8 tonne pay load, bogie axle
• Crane trucks, 8 & 10 tonne payloads, single axle for tight areas, twin steer/bogie axle for the heavier ..lifts, maximum lift distance of 20.5 metres (1080kgs)
• Forklifts-2.5 tonne container mast site fork lift with certified galvanized jibs, man cages, long tines
• Jacks- 20 tonne hydraulic tangie step down toe jacks
• Skates- 20 tonne custom skates
• Skates- 10 tonne step down machinery cradle skates (for machinery legs)
• Pallet jacks- standard, low access, narrow
• Chain blocks, come alongs
• Wedges, steel and hydraulic
• Slings- various nylon, chain all certified
All equipment is certified and inspected by an independent approved contractor on regular intervals, as per the work cover regulations.
