Our Covid-19 policies since the beginning of the Pandemic in 2020
:

Protecting our clients, personnel, and wider community

We assure you that during the current circumstances, Flow Control Engineering is actively maintaining and cleaning all of our equipment to the highest standard; and our staff are being regularly updated and instructed on any additional hygienic measures required to prevent any instances of contagion. In conjunction with this, extra cleaning procedures recommended by the Australian Government are being implemented wherever required, this includes the sanitation of any surfaces our personnel or previous clients may have been in physical contact with e.g: handles, steering wheels, and other regularly handled equipment. All surfaces within our workshop and office space are being regularly sanitised as well as any surfaces that may have been in contact with on worksites.

We take this threat very seriously, and completely understand your concern and position.
Please be aware, we are exercising due diligence in the following ways;
 • We are observing distancing laws
 • Since 9 March 2020, we have been checking and logging staff temperatures daily
 • We are disinfecting our factory and offices daily, this has also be done since 9 Mar 2020
 • Hand sanitiser stations installed through our factory
 • Daily CV19 toolbox meetings - how to manage the changing requirements - keeping us current and upholding best practice
 • Our factory gates are shut- no visitors, no sales reps, no deliveries unless
pre-arranged and disinfected (anyone who comes in gets temperature checked)

Through these measures, we are aiming to mitigate as much risk as possible.

Assisting our clients, personnel, and wider community
